AI Solutions
Your business stack,
transformed by AI.
There is no off the shelf answer, because no two businesses stall in the same place. We study how your teams actually work, find where AI moves the needle, and wire it into the tools you already run on. Whatever the bottleneck turns out to be, the solution is built around it.
// The problem
Every business stalls,
somewhere different.
We do not arrive with a product looking for a place to fit. Bottlenecks rarely announce themselves, and they are almost never where the org chart says they are. These are the shapes they usually take. Which one is yours is a question, not an assumption.
Repetition
Work that a person does the same way every week, because nobody has had time to change it.
Blind spots
Decisions made on instinct because the evidence is somewhere in the data but nobody can reach it.
Trapped knowledge
What the business knows lives in a handful of heads, inboxes and folders.
Slow response
The answer exists. Finding it, approving it and sending it is what takes the days.
None of these is a diagnosis. Finding which one is costing you most is the first thing we do.
// How we work
Analyse. Design.
Deploy.
Three stages, in that order. We will not build you anything before we can show you what it is worth, and we will tell you when the answer is that it is not worth much.
Analyse
We sit with your teams and follow the work as it actually happens, not as the process diagram says it does. We map where time goes, where errors creep in, and where a decision waits on someone. Then we tell you where AI is worth it, and where it is not.
Design
We design the solution around your bottleneck and your stack. Which model, which data, what stays human, what the fallback is when it is wrong. You see the shape of it before anything gets built.
Deploy
We build it into the tools your teams already open every morning, measure it against the baseline we took in step one, and hand it over with your people trained to run it.
// The stack
It lands in the tools
your teams already open.
AI that lives in a separate portal gets used twice and then forgotten. We build into the software your teams are already in every morning, and choose the model to fit the problem rather than the other way round.
// What you get
Software, not
a slide deck.
An honest assessment
A map of where AI helps, where it does not, and what it is worth. Including the parts we recommend you do not automate.
A prioritised roadmap
Sequenced by impact and effort, so the first thing we build is the thing that pays for the next one.
Working solutions
Not a slide deck. Software, wired into the tools your teams already use, running against your data.
A team that can run it
Your people trained on what we built, so the capability stays in the business when we leave.
Measurement
Against the baseline we took before we started, so the result is a number, not a feeling.
// Who it is for
Any function where
time goes missing.
We start where the cost is clearest. That is usually one of these, and it is usually not the one people expect.

The ones people
actually ask.
We are not sure AI is even the answer for us.
Good. That is the assessment's job. Part of what we deliver is telling you which problems are not worth solving with AI, and a fair number of them are not. You will get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
Our data is a mess. Are we too early?
Almost every business says this, and almost every business is right. It rarely blocks the first project. Part of Analyse is finding what is usable today and what has to be fixed before it is.
Which AI model do you use?
Whichever fits the problem. We work across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral and open models you can run yourself. Some solutions need a frontier model, some run better on a small local one, and the difference is cost and privacy. That choice is part of Design, not a default.
Does our data leave the building?
That is a decision, not an assumption. If your data cannot go to a third party model we design for that, including self hosted and on premise options. We agree it in Design before anything is built.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
It will, sometimes. Every solution we design has a defined fallback and a human in the loop wherever the cost of being wrong is real. We would rather ship something that knows its limits than something that sounds confident and is not.
How is this different from AI Upskilling?
Upskilling builds the skill in your people. AI Solutions builds the software in your business. Most clients need both, and they reinforce each other, but they are separate engagements.
Start with the assessment.
Before anything gets built, you get a straight answer on where AI is worth it in your business, and where it is not.
