Boitumelo has expertise in project and contract management, employee, and stakeholder relations, and is a qualified strategist with strong technical skills in mining. His leadership experience spans various roles, showcasing their ability to manage projects, improve business processes, and support senior management in strategic initiatives. As a Senior Operational Readiness Manager, Boitumelo managed various critical readiness activities, including leading study projects, commissioning plans, and providing expert advice. In his role as the Technical Assistant to the Managing Director, Boitumelo provided technical advisory and support to the office of the Managing Director, helping to deliver both day-to-day and strategic requirements. Boitumelo holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines is committed to continuous professional development.
