Carina El Rkaiby

Carina holds a degree in Nursing Sciences and began her career in Lebanon, where she spent five years working in the Operating Rooms at Hôtel-Dieu de France Hospital before relocating to Dubai. After moving, she transitioned into the sales field, initially joining Estée Lauder and later Manitowoc, where she progressed through a variety of roles.

She currently serves as Regional Sales Manager for Potain tower cranes and Grove mobile cranes, overseeing strategic sales initiatives and driving the growth of the brand across the region.

Alongside her professional journey, she is a mother to a three-year-old boy, an experience that has further enriched her perspective and resilience. She recently completed her MBA with Exeed, in partnership with UCAM University, strengthening her leadership and business management capabilities
