Chioma Miracle Ogbozor

Chioma Miracle Ogbozor is a leadership expert with over 20 years of experience transforming systems and strengthening the capacity of government, non-governmental, and business leaders across Africa. She has led multimillion-dollar programs, collaborated with more than 40 public and private institutions, and designed 80+ executive capacity-building initiatives that have developed resilient leaders and strengthened service delivery. As Technical Advisor at Management Sciences for Health, she designed the USAID-funded PEPFAR Health Fellowship, a pioneering mentoring program that coached over 300 Nigerian health professionals and built strong leadership pipelines. She has since extended her mentoring to entrepreneurs, professionals, and families, combining strategy with values-based coaching. Currently Management Partner at AMP Health, embedded within the Ghana Health Service, Chioma delivers high-quality mentoring programs, conducts engaging sessions, provides individualized coaching, assesses skills gaps, and fosters inclusive learning environments that drive performance and continuous growth. She is also an alumna of the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme.
