Dalal Darabseh

Dalal Darabseh has extensive experience in the nursing field, spanning 25 years across various countries in the Middle East. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in nursing science from Jordan University of Science and Technology, along with a second master’s degree in quality management from Wollongong University. Dalal has served as a Nursing Director for the past 15 years in the emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi , during which she has focused on empowering nurses and fostering collaboration in multi-diverse cultural organizations. She is also recognized for her contributions to the nursing community, having received the Best Nurse award at the DHA Health Awards in 2019. In addition to her leadership roles, Dalal has participated in numerous international nursing conferences, including presenting at Innovation Arabia 9 and Innovation Arabia 12 in Dubai. She was a speaker at the Middle East International Nursing and Midwifery Congress in June 2019. Her work reflects a commitment to improving nursing practices and patient care in her region.
