Jacqueline C. Menezes has lived her entire life in the UAE, a perspective that has shaped her ability to thrive in and contribute to one of the world’s most diverse professional environments. With over 20 years of overall experience, including more than 13 years in higher education administration, she currently serves as Associate Director of Operations & Administration at NYU Abu Dhabi’s Engineering Division. In this role, she manages multimillion-dollar budgets, drives strategic planning, and leads operational initiatives that improve efficiency and institutional impact. Having witnessed the UAE’s rise as a global hub for education and research, Jacqueline brings both cultural fluency and practical expertise in navigating complex, multicultural organizations. She is passionate about mentoring professionals from varied backgrounds, helping them build confidence, adapt to diverse workplace cultures, and accelerate their career growth.
