Moein Varaei, with 37 years of experience in engineering design, project management, and leadership, has led multidisciplinary teams, departments, and regional offices to deliver complex infrastructure projects across roads, bridges, tunnels, metros, airports, utilities, buildings, and marine works. He currently serves as General Manager of Premier Engineering Solutions, providing consultancy in engineering and project management. Moein has previously held senior leadership positions at AECOM, Arcadis, Ramboll, mainhardt and Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects, where he implemented best practices, optimized project delivery, and developed high-performing teams.
