A seasoned Health & Safety, and Food Safety professional with over 25 years of experience across more than 20 countries in the Middle East and Europe. His career spans the food service and facility management industries, covering diverse sectors including healthcare, oil & gas, defense, retail, business & industry, remote sites, and education. He holds an MBA in Health & Safety Leadership from UCAM University, Spain, and is currently pursuing a DBA in Sustainability from Wolf University. A NEBOSH International Diploma holder, Thomas is also a certified compliance officer, ESG expert, and Grade A ADOSH practitioner. He served as a specialist validator for the UAE Government in developing the National Diploma in Food Safety and Agriculture. A certified lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 45001, and HACCP, Thomas has implemented integrated management systems worldwide. He is recognized for digitizing inspections and introducing behavior-based safety systems that significantly reduced workplace injuries, while mentoring multicultural teams to achieve excellence.
