Vineeta has over 20 years of experience managing Global leadership roles in Marketing for large multinational companies. She has experience setting up the marketing function with teams across geographies, working to support the organisations’ growth agenda. She is passionate about supporting and growing talent and helping individuals achieve their potential, and has mentored mid to senior management professionals within as well as outside her organisations. Being part the leadership team, she has actively worked on shaping organisation strategy, new business models (Both Digital and Physical) and M&A decisions, supporting the growth and transformation of her organisations. Over the last 5 years she has worked in the space of enriching talent and has successfully facilitated training programs for Mid – Senior employees at various Corporates. She is an Adjunct faculty at Exec MBA institutes in India as well as overseas, taking courses around Leadership, Competitive Strategy, Marketing and Communication and Cross cultural leadership. She is also a partner at Mindschool where she coaches Eltite athletes around Mental conditioning to help them excel and strive to achieve their full potential, in a highly competitive environment.
