Dr. Wesley Phillip Hermanus is a seasoned strategic leader with over 30 years of experience across corporate leadership, aviation, education, and skills development. He currently serves as National Chairperson of the National Skills Development Providers Association (NSDPA) and Managing Director of Konnect Education. Renowned for his ethical leadership and commitment to transformation, he has held senior executive roles at SA Express Airways and South African Airways, leading major HR, Organizational Development, and Airport Operations initiatives. Dr. Hermanus has also contributed to national governance through his board roles with TETA and InSETA, influencing policy in key economic sectors. Holding a Doctorate in Management, an MPhil, and an MBA, he blends academic excellence with hands-on leadership expertise.
