William Agyei-Manu

William Agyei-Manu is a Certified Mentor and Coach from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Global, and a Certified Competency-Based Training (TVET-CBT) Facilitator from Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Development (AAUSTED). With over 22 years of experience across Ghana and Africa, he is an Entrepreneurship and SME Ecosystem Expert passionate about inclusive business models that empower smallholder farmers and strengthen rural livelihoods. He serves as Chairman of the Agribusiness Sector at the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), Founding Member of the Ghana Cassava Business Network, and Executive Chairman of the Ghana Zambia Chamber of Commerce. William founded the Ghana Cassava Centre of Excellence (GCCE), endorsed by the African Union, and leads several continental agribusiness initiatives with UNDP, FAO, UNIDO, and UN Women. A consummate entrepreneur, he established the Youth in Modern Agribusiness Programme (YIMA), creating jobs for young graduates. William has also worked with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and consulted for major organizations including Kasapreko, GGGI, and the World Bank’s Skills Development Fund. He holds an MBA in Finance from Coventry University, UK, a BSc in Agribusiness, and is a Doctoral Candidate.
